Jeff is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist based in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. Jeff is founder and managing partner of Aurora Funds (established in 1994) as well as being co- founder and board chair for several healthcare IT and healthcare services companies. He has served on over 20 Boards public and private boards. He is focused on creating effective business cultures,  building dynamic Boards of Directors, investor bases and leadership teams, and developing strategic partnerships both in local and regional communities and with national and international companies.
